DO YOU DIRECT BILL TO MY EXTENDED HEALTH PLAN/INSURANCE PROVIDER?

We are able to direct bill most major insurance companies. As each insurance plan is different, please contact your extended health provider to verify your coverage.

DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?

You do not need a doctor's referral for any of our services. If you have an extended health plan it is best to check with your insurance company to make sure your treatment is covered. 

Please note: insurers like ICBC and WSBC may require a doctor's referral. Check with your case manager first!

DO YOU ACCEPT ICBC CLAIMS?

Yes. If your MVA was within 12 weeks of initiating treatment, you do not need pre-approval. If your MVA was outside of 12 weeks, you will need approval from your case manager.


Prior to booking, please provide us with your ICBC claim number, date of injury, and contact details for your case mananger.

DO YOU ACCEPT WSBC CLAIMS?

Yes; if you have been diagnosed with a vestibular or neurological condition (such as concussion). We are unable to accept WSBC claims other than the above.
